AIRSECURE- Safety for the compressed air supply

If compressed air is not dried before feeding into the compressed air network, it results into substantial volume of condensate, which condenses in the line network and causes malfunctioning of valves, pneumatic components and eventually leads to loss of production. The pressure dew point in compressed air systems is a decisive parameter for the air quality, and hence, should be regularly measured.

The pressure dew point instruments of AIRSECURE product series are the ideal devices for continuous checking of air quality after the dryer or in a distribution network.

The high quality stainless steel probes which are well proven for many years in our medical pressure dew point measurement systems and guarantee outstanding long term stability, have been used in the measurement of pressure dew point. If desired, the device can also be supplied with factory calibration certificate as per ISO 9001 and with this it can demonstrate repeatability of PTB national standard!
