This affordable, universal PC based measurement system is the new “Highlight“ in our product range – specially designed for the Hop production!
This device is a combination of many units, specially developed for Hop production. The device offers measurement of relative humidity in the exhaust air and additionally does measurement of impedance in “Draht im Schuber” for determination of residual humidity before conditioning. The impedance is shown sorting dependent as numeric value, which guarantees reproducibility of humidity value during subsequent charges.
With the help of a PC, now all for the important measurements of drying can be monitored at a central point, which clearly relieves of the daily work. The software records all measured values and continuously calculates the parameters and takes the role of a measurement log book e.g. for the purpose of ISO9000. Besides the graphical display, the measuring process can also be passed out as a table.
For monitoring of the conditioning process, further measuring probes can also be operated at the same PC without any problem.
Moreover, with suitable software, the set-up can be extended to a regulation system. This can be, for example, tilting the hop or raising an external alarm in case of overshooting the limiting value.
