Protection for compressed air supply
If compressed air is not dried before feeding into the compressed air network, it results into substantial volume of condensate, which condenses in the line network and causes malfunctioning of valves, pneumatic components and finally leads to loss of production. The pressure dew point in compressed air systems is a decisive parameter for the air quality, and hence, should be regularly measured.
The portable pressure dew point measuring instrument of AIRSECURE product series are ideal devices for quick examination of air quality after the dryer or in distribution network. For measurement of pressure dew point, the same high grade stainless steel probes are used, which are well proven in stationery pressure dew point measuring system under continuous operation. The high quality dew point sensor is provided with a measuring chamber and a diverting throttle and can be directly put in at a plug coupling without much assembly work. After a short stabilization time, the dew point measured value can be read off on the display.
